Cheese Meets Beer: Featuring Deschutes Brewery
Cookhouse
253 Columbus Avenue
San Francisco, CA 94133
6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
In honor of San Francisco Beer Week, we'll be diving into the incredibly tasty realm of malt and hops, and I'll be sharing some of my favorite cheese and craft-beer pairings. Oregon's acclaimed Deschutes Brewery will supply the beers--including some special "Reserve Series" brews--and an expert from the brewery will guide us through them. So much fun you won't notice how much you're learning. Note that this class is sponsored by Cheese School of San Francisco but held at Cookhouse.
