How does the best American Cheddar compare to its British counterpart, or the best American Gouda compare to the best from Holland? We’ll taste four pairs tonight, side by side. You be the judge! Fish Story’s staff will welcome us with an aperitif and an hors d’oeuvre, and we’ll enjoy more wines throughout the tasting.
